The knockout stage is played in February and March. 

Each team is entered into a knockout based on the position they came in their group.

• All the teams finishing first go into the 1st teams' knockout,
• All the teams finishing second in their group go into the 2nd teams' knockout.
• And so on ...

The knockout matches follow the same format as the group stage matches.

The first round of the knockout is the quarterfinal, the second is the semi-finbal and the third is the final.
